There is no federal pardon that would restore federal firearms rights. Once convicted of a federal felony your gun rights are gone forever.

Best to only discuss this with his lawyer. His lawyer is the only one who knows all the facts, and the on,y one who has attorney/client...

Most employees can be fired for any good cause. Getting arrested can be good cause.

I doubt it's illegal, but it also doesn't do you any good to refuse to sign.

Hard to say, but early release is completely at the discretion of the sheriff dept. Could be the first listing was in error, could be he violated...

Maybe. Do your terms of probation say you may not associate with felons? If so, then you may not associate with a felon.

Sue for what? You were convicted on two charges right? Plus, it is a virtual certainty that you waited way too long to even try.
