You must get a NV lawyer to petition for early termination in NV. CA has nothing to do with it.

No. You have no right to these documents. The juveniles lawyer can get them, but may not distribute them.

No. The officer does not have to appear at arraignment. If you go to trial you can try to argue he lied.
