No. They don't have to advise you. They have to advise the court. I'm sure the court will bring it up with you.

Yes, he can be fired for virtually any reason. So, no, he cannot sue. Or rather, he could spend the time and money to sue, but he will not win.

Yes. Even if they are incorrect about you being a danger, they will act first and let the courts figure it out. Hire a lawyer.
