Call a lawyer in your town. In many states exceeding the speed limit by more than 30mph is mandatory jail time. Get a lawyer.

No. They don't have to advise you. They have to advise the court. I'm sure the court will bring it up with you.

Yes, he can be fired for virtually any reason. So, no, he cannot sue. Or rather, he could spend the time and money to sue, but he will not win.
