Hire a lawyer. You forfeit your "rights" when you violate the law. It's called consequences.

If you have a court date, then you DO have charges. Hire a lawyer.

Eligibility doesn't go from offense date to offense date. It goes from grant of pc 1000. So, you are not eligible.

I have a friend on the run she's 17 and will be 18 in dec and has an arrest warrant what will happen if she gets caught at 18.

The longer she waits, the worse it will get. Once 18, it's jail time she is facing.

Maybe. But you are at risk of forfeiting the bond you paid on the prior case and being placed in custody.

No. You can't. You should count yourself lucky they didn't proceed despite your innocence. Not all people are so fortunate.

'She" didn't file charges "on" you. If you have been charged with a crime, the state filed charges on you. You need to hire a lawyer ASAP.
