Criminal convictions do not disappear after any amount,of time. You are thinking of credit reporting.

I never. Had my right read to me had warrants and recived a possession charge. Not one time were miranda rights read to me

They only have to give Miranda during custodial interrogation. If you weren't in custody, then it's not required.

No. You can't sue them. You can hire a lawyer to try to get the records straightened out.
