There is no evidence shown here that 90 days would be the jail term. If you want to revoke probation then you would get much more than 90 days. If...

If the motion is granted you may certainly ask the judge for a continuance, but
I don't believe it is automatic that you recieve a continuance.

Leaving the state won't have any effect on the statute of limitations for a potential new charge. SOL is the time limit for the prosecutor to file...
