Yes, there is a possibility of jail. To lessen that possibility, hire a lawyer. The court doesn't care if you have a kid.

Who can say? You need a lawyer to appear for you. Otherwise you risk incarceration for the max available.

Hire a lawyer or wait to be arrested and have your probation revoked and jail time ordered. Probably already have a warrant out.

Can a judge tell a jury a defendant is guilty? No. I can't imagine any judge doing this. Can a prior conviction be mentioned? Maybe. Ask your lawyer.
