Yes. The ticket is still valid. Spelling mistakes do not invalidate it.

Your probation conditions probably require you to disclose this to your PO. If so, failure to do so can be another separate violation.

You can certainly hire a lawyer to try to get rid of it, or you can pay the fine. Not knowing it was not allowed is not a defense.
