Him not signing is not a defense. He MUST show up for court. If he doesn't, a warrant for his arrest will be issued.

This question doesn't make sense. Once convicted, you are convicted. Can the state then file new charges? Probably. You need to contact your lawyer.

Nope. Only way to clear a warrant is to go to court. Though, if you hire a lawyer they may be able to clear it for you.
