Mr. Collins handled our case professionally, and with excellent results. It was a difficult case and 2 other lawyers had given us inaccurate information, but Mr. Collins made sure we understood what we were dealing with and he took our case to trial and won! We are very happy and satisfied with the... job he did. And he even returned our phone calls, which no other attorney ever did. I had a lawyer on a case where a doctor messed up on me, BAD. Spent nearly two years on my case doing NOTHING and decided it was too hard to prove negligence. So, that lawyer dropped the case 3 months before we were supposed to go to trial. I contacted several lawyers who would not touch the case eit...her because they said if one lawyer said there wasn't a case then that was good enough for them, or because it was too close to trial for them to take it. Mr. Collins took the case and we won BIG TIME and he was able to settle it without us having to go to court! Then when the first lawyer found out we won, he tried to double dip into the money we got because he had "put so much time into it and wanted his costs reimbursed" Mr. Collins made sure he shut him down quick and we got to keep what we won without paying that jack@ss a dime! The only reason I gave him 4 stars instead of 5 is because I don't care for doctors or laywers and I think they all get paid too much, but I'd hire Mr. Collins in a heart beat if I ever need one again.

I called once a week to check on what was going on in our case. In the times he wasn't able to take the call, he did call back in a timely manner and answered all of my questions. Never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions, and never made me feel like it wasn't worth his time to take the... call even though he knew our case wasn't a huge one. Did get a much better result than what the insurance company offered before we hired him. Wasn't looking forward to dealing with a lawyer in the first place, but overall experience was very good.
