Elias Aydin

Elias Aydin, Esq. is the founding and managing attorney of Aydin Law. Mr. Aydin is an experienced personal injury attorney, representing clients throughout the State of California in their fight against insurance companies. Mr. Aydin litigates complex matters, focused on auto accidents, wrongful death, trucking accidents, slip and falls, pedestrian accidents, and more.

Prior to establishing Aydin Law, Mr. Aydin represented major insurance companies, large corporations, municipalities, and school districts, defending them in matters involving auto accidents, premise liability, and worker's compensation. Informed of their strategies, Mr. Aydin has vast knowledge and insight necessary to fight against insurance companies, a tremendous advantage for his personal injury clients. With this extensive experience, Mr. Aydin has repeatedly obtained favorable outcomes for his injured clients. 

Mr. Aydin's legal achievements are attributed to his expansive litigation experience, as well as having served as a Judicial Extern in the Los Angeles Superior Court and Legal Extern for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, where he prepared legal analysis imperative to the Court's decisions.

Mr. Aydin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). Thereafter, Mr. Aydin obtained his Juris Doctorate degree and became a member of the California State Bar. Mr. Aydin is admitted to practice law in all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Aydin is an active member of the Los Angeles Trial Lawyer's Association (CAALA) and Orange County Trial Lawyer's Association (OCTLA).
