Well, if you want to know about a business and their performance you should ask from the true client who had bad or good experience not few friends who leave good comment with 5 star rating. I do not recommend Arsine and Grun. For the following reason, I gladly can provide a phone number who wants... to know more. 1) she has not a good lawyer for cases that need more knowledge of the law. She is not fighter, she scare to go to trial and fight for me because she don’t have enough law knowledge ( she is rookie) 2) the staff is so unprofessional, if you yell and screen that’s not mean you know your job, because you yelled at the adjuster they made me 90% in fault. Learn how to talk to people, listen to them, let them express their idea, don’t jump on the conclusion specially for people who English is not their first language. 3) Arsineh has no control on her staff behavior for the same reason she lost my case because her staff gave incorrect information to adjuster. Imagine how hard will be if you want to change the mistake 4) She has no dare and enough courage to go to court she thinks being an accident attorney means sending you to chiropractor, schedule with adjuster, sending the bill and make you happy. No that’s not a true lawyer duties 5) she lost my case with 90% in my fault, after long conversation with her i found out she has no enough knowledge, experience, and flexibility to fight. I withdrew my case and hired another firm to fight and I won the case 6) she is money hungry, but in bad way, means she offer you verbally %50 of the case but she write %33 in the contract, at the same time she increase the bills to make some adjustments without your knowledge, she offers a buddy shop, be careful this is trap. 7) conclusion, If you have a small car accident that someone hit you from behind, and you have 3 evidence, and you have lots of damage, totaled vehicle, and video recording she can help but if you have a car accident that needs more attention and knowledge then, she is not qualify. She follow the protocols like robot, if you want to follow the rules you could be a good IT programmer but not good layer. A good attorney must have some flexibility, knows shortcuts, have some laws and rules knowledge, be innovative, and maintain your integrity. I hesitate to leave this comment for past 9 months but I think this commence could help you to decide if you want to hire Arsineh and Grun. Always get 2nd opinion and don’t waste your time like me.
