If I had known the people that rearended me had the same insurance as me, I probably would not have gotten an attorney, but being injured and not able to check the other drivers info, I followed up with Alex. When he first got the case, his law firm was very active and communication was good, but aft...er a year, things began to bog down, phone calls not returned and miscommunications. Only after contacting Alex, personally, did things seem to get straightened out. He apologized for the issues and offered me a discount; still the case dragged on for almost two years before settling. I'd probably give him another chance if there came another a time when I needed an attorney. I just wish I could have sued the people that his me since they only had basic auto insurance, which barely covered my medical bills.
