Robert Yousefian

I hired this attorney on April 2016 to deal with my car accident case. My case did not require any doctors' visits and he was not going to benefit from this case therefore he said he was going drop my case. I tried to get hold of him for the last ten days and called him about five times to ask him to... drop my case so I can talk to my insurance company, his secretary took my messages and she was going to forward my messages to him so he can drop my case and I can start communicating with the insurance company but he never did. I finally got hold of him today June 16, 2016 when I told him who I was he was very angry and started interrogating very disrespectfully asking me who I left the messages with and wanted exact date and times of my calls and messages and he also claimed that I never called him. He was very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone to deal with this attorney. He lacks of customer service, communications and professionalism. This guy is very money hungry. DO NOT HIRE HIM

This is an excellent Law firm. They care about the client’s needs and they care about the services they provide to their clients. The client is always first. Robert not only is a professional attorney at work also, He has become an excellent business relation with recommendations to other qualified... business attorneys. If he cannot handle your case, he will refer you to a highly qualified business reference.

My experience is exactly like everyone else's. Greg was accessible to start the process, and Yousefian's office was quick to cash the check, but no services have been rendered since. We are unable to communicate with Greg, and it's clear that the receptionists are buying time for him in promising t...hat he'll send the paperwork or call back, which doesn't happen. Of course, Robert Yousefian is allegedly never in the office as well, even though I've left repeated messages for him as well. The process has dragged out for months now and the bankruptcy has still not been filed. I'm now forced to find another attorney to restart the bankruptcy process and attempt to collect the funds that were paid in advance to Robert Yousefian in good faith. I suggest everyone file complaints against The Law Offices of Robert Yousefian with the California State Bar for disciplinary action. This sort of unethical business practice cannot continue. If his office is willing to take money for a service, then they must provide it, period, or return the funds paid for that service. The fact that his office is misleading so many of us in crisis is unconscionable.

Over six months ago I contacted the firm using their website and had an initial quick response. I paid the fee by electronic check. Then nothing happened. I sent many emails to the url on the website and made many calls to the toll-free number, all with NO RESPONSE. I even spent my own money to get t...heir business phone number and called. I was promised a response but received none. I will be forced to file a complaint with the Bar Association of L.A. Very disappointing and disheartening at a difficult time. The firm was quick to respond, collect the fee and then abandoned the client.
