Lee J. Lam

Lee Lam is a dedicated litigator with extensive experience in areas of breach of contract, partnership disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, financial fraud, real estate, and trust and estate litigation. Prior to founding Lee Lam Law, APC, she spent over a decade as an associate attorney collaborating with highly experienced and professional litigators and partners at established law firms in Pasadena, California. Throughout her career, she has skillfully navigated complex business and trust disputes from inception through discovery, and secured favorable outcomes for her clients by way of dispositive motions, mediation, or trial. She values building trusted relationships to better understand her clients’ unique needs and maximize results.

Ms. Lam earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California in International Relations in 2006 with magna cum laude honors. She received her law degree from UC Law San Francisco (Formerly UC Hastings) in 2010. While in law school, she served as the Symposium Editor for the Hastings Business Law Journal and as a Board Member of the UC Hastings Negotiation & Mediation Team.

Ms. Lam’s language skills include Cantonese, Mandarin, and Teochew.
