I was weighing my options between several different lawyers and Ben was the one that actually listened and cared about my case the way an attorney should. He fought for me tirelessly and kept me through the loop the whole way through. I was stressed throughout the case but Ben was able to take so mu...ch of that burden on himself. Ben Galante showed compassion for what I had gone through, did not pass judgement, yet looked at my case objectively. He is very strategic and does not get rattled. I was able to go about my life while he handled the case and he only consulted with me when he needed to, so I truly didn't have to thin...k about it every day. When things occurred that confused me, he explained things to me so I felt comfortable and informed. He made the witnesses feel comfortable as well and open to give information that truly helped the case. It was like having a good friend walk you through a tough time and take care of things. When the arbitration happened, he handled it in the same calm, strategic manner that he had done throughout the process and we sailed through and got an even better result than we expected.
