We got ourselves in a bad situation due to hiring a bad contractor. Long story short, I did a lot of research on choosing an attorney who specialized in Construction Law. Mr. Ryan is THE BEST! He is calm, knowledgable, patient and look out for our best interests. Not only he was able to defeat ...the contractor (scammer) and now we hold a judgement over $400K. We also referred him to assist the other victims and other homeowners. On a side note, we complaint the contractor at CSLB and able to get the contractor's license revoked.
