Please note that I left a very honest and factual review of my experience with Ann. Suddenly, on the same day, there are two generic “canned” 5 star reviews. Doesn’t make sense and makes me question the integrity of this site as well as others.

I went to Ann to help me with a severance package. She was very understanding and very clear when she explained things to me. She gave excellent advice and I was able to negotiate a much better severance package than the company initially offered me. I'm very grateful for her help.

I hired Ann to help negotiate a complex severance agreement for me. She was knowledgeable in all areas of severance and executive compensation and I was very pleased with the outcome. I was able to secure a good severance without burning bridges, which is important since I am going to stay in the sam...

I retained Ann on the recommendation of another attorney. Ann is personable and very empathetic. Opposing Legal counsel for the company was either non responsive or difficult. I could tell Ann was becoming increasingly frustrated with my case. Then it got to the point where Ann wanted me to speak to ...

Ann was very nice and friendly to start. Then for some unexplained reason she totally dropped the ball. I had my consultation. Hired her. Went through my case. She agreed it was a very strong case. I emailed her to ask a question and she asked if I would be available to take her call on a Frida...
I understand that this client is unhappy I chose not to represent her. However, her characterization of the circumstances is incorrect. We had a lengthy initial interview and did substantial work on her case, including filing a complaint with the DLSE and attending a settlement conference. After the settlement conference, the client brought additional issues to my attention and we scheduled a call for a particular date and time. I asked her to call me, as is my practice. I was unable to have the first call so rescheduled for a second call, again asking her to call me. She never called. I contacted her to reschedule and we picked a third date and time. She did not call. When I contacted her to advise that she missed the call, she asked me to talk to her boyfriend, which is not something a lawyer can ethically do. It is vitally important that the clients I represent are involved in their cases and responsive. I elected not to continue to represent a person who was not responsive or involved.
"Ann is a leading labor and employment lawyer, who blends extensive legal experience and expertise with practical advice. And a great sense of humor. I highly recommend and endorse Ann."
"I endorse this lawyer. I've had the pleasure of working with Ann and I've found her to be incredibly smart, funny, and devoted to her clients. She's the person you want in your corner."
"I highly recommend and endorse Ann. I had the pleasure of working with her on an employment misclassification case. She is extremely bright, down-to-earth, and easy to work with. I was impressed not only with her judgment and attention to detail in a highly fact-intensive case, but with her advocacy skills and ability to think quickly on her feet. Ann is a fantastic attorney who is a credit to the legal profession."
"Ann has a broad base of employment law knowledge because of her diverse background working both as outside counsel in high-stakes litigation and as an in-house high-level attorney with broad company responsibilities. I highly recommend her for your employment law needs."
