Jora Malaky

We hired Jira Malaky of Malaky Law Firm to represent us and our experience was extremely troubling. Our insurance company issued settlement checks that were paid to him, and we were never paid our portion. We did not agree to the payout amount, yet the checks were cashed without our authorization. Af...ter that, he stopped responding completely. Calls, emails, and text messages went unanswered. He also failed to pay the doctors he personally referred us to, leaving us exposed and confused. Due to these issues, we have forwarded this matter to the State Bar of California for review. We are aware of at least three other individuals who report similar experiences. Based on what we went through, we strongly advise others to be cautious and think twice before hiring this attorney.

In looking at the ratings for this attorney it makes me rethink if any of these ratings are correct. I was involved in an accident where I was T boned on my driver's side door the person ran a red light one of those lawyers employees had seen the accident and started selling me on signing with this l...awyer 3weeks later I get a letter from the body shop that they sent the car to saying they are placing a lien for sale I've tried calling this lawyer for a week phone goes right to voice male

BE CAREFUL, this guy is the most DISHONEST person that you can come across in your life. He will sweet talk to you to get your case and after that good luck to get hold of him and good luck to get your check. When he got my check he didn’t wanna pay me. I had to chase him in every possible way to ge...t my money. Before I got him to pay me he he forced me to cut another 10% of initial agreement in order for him to pay me. Just stay away from him. There are plenty of good lawyers that you can get help from.

Mr. Malaky is one of the most down to earth no nonsense lawyers have ever worked with, and I have worked with several in the past 5 years. Mr. Malaky listens to your problem and comes back with a response. He Is highly knowledgeable about a variety of subjects and is astute in asking questions and ...educating you in concepts which would help you make more informed decisions. Further he has a wide network of contacts whom he is able to put you in touch with if he feels your specific needs/concerns are not within his expertise. Suffice to say I have been very pleased with the service I received and only wish that anyone else working with him has the same experience.
