Attorney Brian Claypool has personally arbitrated more than 100 cases, has conducted more than 50 jury trials to verdict with a 90%-win rate, and has conducted several other bench trials across 11 counties in California. Cases of social impact that Attorney Brian Claypool has handled include but are not limited to representation for more than 150 Las Vegas mass shooting victims and their families, the Rosalie Avila suicide-bullying case against the Yucaipa/Calimesa Unified School District, the Anthony Avalos murder case against the Los Angeles County Department of Child and Family Services, and the Beverly Rafferty sexual assault case against the City of Baton Rogue.
