First I’ll start off saying if it was my choice she’d have Zero stars from me. I had to give her a start post this . She’s a Zero Star person with a Zero Star Heart and Zero Star Morals. So do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE THIS CARELESS..RECKLESS.. individual named WENDY M HARRIS. You want... an attorney that actually cares about the welfare of an innocent child. Wendy Harris doesn’t care one bit about what’s best for a child. When she was judge she gave custody to my ex wife who’s already been fined in court for lying to another judge and have customer to my ex who would disobey the court order flat out. Refused to speak with my child who asked to speak to her because he feared his mother. My ex refused to take my son to the emergency room when he needed stitches. My ex would take him on my days and then hide him from me and several times I’d go over 2 months seeing my son. She didn’t care to look at any of the evidence I had presented. A very good friend of mine father who I’ve grown up knowing asked to take a look at everything I’ve presented and what my ex has presented. He looked right at me and he couldn’t believe how big of a mistake this judge made and said “she had all this presented to her and she has primary custody? You’ve got to be kidding. This is so careless on her part and it’s an embarrassment to our family court. I’m so sorry you have to deal with this and sorry for your son because he doesn’t deserve this”. On top of that he looked at the transcript’s I had ordered and he was floored that she wouldn’t even let me Speak. Literally I was cut off a few words in. I told her I moved back to Riverside and she cut me off and said “No you didn’t” excuse me Judge? You didn’t move back. Umm yes I did judge I’ve been back for a few days now here my address. Nope I’m not gonna except that you didn’t move. Then she looked at my ex attorney and said I’m approving the parenting plan you’d like. Lastly when I asked for a trial it was when Covid was going on so we had to do the hearing on the phone. When we set the trail date in the phone before I hung up she she said “this is a waste of time. My mind is already made up so I’ll make the trial quick and get this over with” I’m not an attorney but I’m pretty sure that’s against the law. She showed biased and favoritism to a horrible person and it didn’t bother her one bit. I’ve had yrs taken away from my child because of her. My child has lost yrs of his childhood because of Wendy M Harris. I wish she got more than a smack in the wrist with her resent suspension. You should be put in jail for all the heartless choices you’ve made and all the yrs parents and children won’t ever get back because you didn’t care enough to do the job you were trusted to do and failed MISERABLY!! So save your money and find an attorney that wants the best for your child because Wendy M Harris could care less about your child and the harm she causes them!!!
