Thad Marvin Scroggins

Thad has extensive transactional experience, negotiating agreements for everything from goods and services to consulting agreements, employment agreements, commercial real estate leases, film and television options, as well as extensive experience registering and enforcing intellectual property rights in copyright and trademark.

Prior to opening his solo practice, Thad worked in the legal department of The Walt Disney Company for fifteen years, providing legal services and support for the company's various film and television studios, networks, book publishers, and record labels.

Prior to his legal career in the private sector, Thad served in the United States Marine Corps as a Battalion Legal Chief, where his unit earned the coveted title of "Best Legal Shop in the Regiment."
