I hired Susan to facilitate a lemon buyback from the car manufacturer.
The car started acting up within a few days after I bought it. My dad referred to it as "Christine". Eventually, every time I got into the car, which was brand new, and considered a "luxury" car, the car would do something else that it wasn't supposed to be doing. I felt unsafe in the car and I felt that the dealership wasn't handling my case seriously.
By the time I finally contacted Susan I was extremely stressed out, after having to live with this car for about six months at that point.
The car still hadn't been in the shop for four times, or for the full 30 days that constitutes a lemon buyback in the state of CA, but she said that due to the facts of this case that she thought I had a good case anyway. After another almost two week stint at the dealership, the service manager told me that they didn't even know how to fix some of the things that the car was doing (like turning itself on after it was parked and turned off in my garage), which completely freaked me out, but Susan told me not to worry about it, that she would take it from there.
And take it she did.
Susan put my anxieties to rest and handled everything very professionally. She was able to give me the advice and help I needed to get out of this car.
Susan clearly has a great deal of experience dealing with most, if not all, of the different car manufacturers with lemon car cases and it shows.
All in all, my stress was significantly reduced after I spoke to Susan the first time and I hired her shortly thereafter.
Susan was an absolute pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend her if you have a lemon car case. Actually, I'm sure she handles all her specialties well.
