Biography
Michele’s career in criminal defense began well before she was admitted to the Bar. While completing law school at night, she maintained a rigorous 60-hour weekly schedule interning with the Sacramento County Public Defender’s Major Crimes Unit, assisting seasoned trial attorneys on high-stakes death penalty cases. This trial-by-fire experience laid the foundation for her career as a Public Defender, where she specialized in complex litigation and developed a "no shortcuts" courtroom philosophy.
After relocating to Los Angeles, Michele continued her advocacy with the Alternate Public Defender’s Office and Alternate Defense Counsel. Her transition to private practice was seamless; by joining a firm composed of former public defenders, she was already a familiar, respected face in Southern California courtrooms long before opening her own practice. Now a key member of Michael & Associates, Michele focuses on DUI defense and administrative hearings throughout Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties.
Outside the office, Michele is involved in the Pasadena community through the Pasadena Rotary and has a genuine love for the arts—she's a regular at local theater, the Pasadena POPS, and live music. Weekends usually find her hiking, biking, doing yoga, or walking the Rose Bowl.

My son was arrested for a DUI after a couple of beers following a study group. Ms. Ferroni had the charge reduced to reckless driving wet and his license suspension to four months instead of six. Once he completes his suspension she will then seek to have his probation ended and his record expunged. ...
