Michele Terese Ferroni

I had a really bad experience with Ms. Ferroni, which made my court case even scarier. It felt like she didn't spend any time looking at my case and only replied to my text messages a few hours before we had to go to court. I'm not a lawyer and don't know much about the law, but I think I could have ...gotten the same result without her. That's how unhelpful she was. Please find a better lawyer.

I'm so blessed I met Michele after I got arrested for my first DUI. I met with several lawyer prior to Michele Ferroni and they all seemed rushed and only concerned about the money. After meeting with Michele I knew she was a rare attorney who really cares about her clients. I was able to reach her ...in the evening and on weekends. Believe me, I am sure I was hard to deal with because I was so scared and my future was on the line. Michele was so patient with me. She is also a brilliant lawyer and even the judge and DA acted like they knew her for years and I could see that was making a difference in my favor. She did a great job and I ended up with NO suspension and no DUI on my record. Thank you Michele for helping me and my family through this difficult time!

So for starters, She mad huge promises that no lawyer should ever make. Then on the first day of her representing me she got upset at the judge because the judge was calling other cases before hers and so she just walked out and left my co-defendant's representation to represent me as well. Then the ...next time she was suppose to be there at 8:30am she didn't bother to show up till 11:00am. Then accused me of wasting her time. EXCUSE me I AM PAYING YOU!!!!! So for the last event, she told me that I should be eligible for prop-47, when she showed up she requested to be off the case. So in turn I just fired her. Worst representation that I could ever have asked for.

Michele helped me through my first bit of legal troubles, and I couldn't ask for a better person to help me through one of the toughest times in my life. I had no idea what to expect, and I was pretty nervous and afraid of going through it before I talked to her. She made sure to walk me through ever...y step and didn't hesitate to answer all of my questions at all hours of the day and night. She gave me her personal number and was very quick to respond to both texts and phone calls. Michele is very well respected in her field and I know this because of seeing her interact with people in the court and also from just throwing her name out when I meet other attorneys. She was able to drop my case substantially, but to me the biggest factor that made my experience with her great was her ability to put me at ease and not let myself get down or beat myself up. Michele is not only an excellent attorney, but a wonderful woman who cares about her clients and sees them as more than a customer, but as people, and people who need help going through a difficult time.

Ms. Ferroni represented me for a DUI case 6 years ago. The DUI was a result of poor judgment on my part and luckily no one was hurt. Scared and overwhemled by the procees, I contacted the firm Michelle worked for and she was assigned my case. What a complete rip-off. I could have done the job myself.... Never was able to get a hold of her, never returned any calls and the only communications I recieved from her was on my court date...via text messages. Totally unprofessional! Don't waste your money or time with Ms. Ferroni. Find someone else who is really willing to help you.
