Best Immigration Lawyer in California

I wanted to write a ton but I will keep it simple. Martin is simply an outstanding lawyer. My dads green card was pending for almost two decades due to some unfortunate circumstances yet 2 to 3 months after retaining Martin we received my dads card in the mail. Speaks volumes about his work ethic and... dedication. He was also available to text or call most hours of the day and was very open and informative about our case. The moneys well worth the work. He is the last word as an immigration attorney. He did an amazing job.

Strive to win at all cause

My name is Jose Contreras and i hired Martin as my lawyer to re-open one my past case that was stopping me from becoming a citizen of the U.S. with penalties of getting deported because my permanent resident card had expired. I reccomend Martin to anyone going thru immigration issues that might prev...ent one from getting there green card and or becoming a citizen. The expertise that Martin has in immigration can put one at ease because he will do whatever it takes to get you the best results.. The result of my case, the accusations I faced 10 years ago got dropped and I am not able to become a citizen thanks to this magnificent lawyer that strives to win you the best results..

"The Best" is not good enough for Martin.

About four months ago, I received a letter from LA city attorney's office that they filed a complaint against me. I was in a desperate situation and did not know what to do. Since I am a F-1 visa holder, the situation was even more complicated with immigration issues. Many lawyers I contacted - ...some have very impressive background (i.e former prosecutors) and some with many years of experiences, working at big firms. The common denominator among them was this: now many of them were interested in the person who I am. Many of them asked very specific questions even before I explained the situation - "Have you ever been arrested?, where and when the incident took place? " - once they think they got everything they need, it was obvious to me that they already finished their on summary of the situation and conclusion. Martin is, first and foremost, a human before a lawyer. He cares of you and listen to you very carefully in order to understand who you really are. He first carefully examined the situation as I told him what happened. He then explained the situation from a legal point of view and the possible consequences. (Many lawyers were very vague about "possible outcomes," and tries to use it as a leverage.) I was very impressive first for his excellent knowledge but also because of his personal approach to me, which was very unusual. After I decided to hire Martin, he and I closely communicated. He explained whenever some important issues are brought up. He suggested his approaches and tells me his opinion, but leave s the decision up to me, which made me very comfortable. He fought a good fight with me and I believe we got the best outcome possible. He went beyond his call of duty and I cannot appreciate more of his professional service. My friend, I hope my review can help you to open up a chance for you to call him today. Give yourself a chance and speak with him to discuss your case, even if you believe you do not have any hope. Lastly, the fact that you are on Avvo tells me that you must be going through a lot of hardships just as I did in last few months. Prosecution is a long, tiring time, and you need a good partner who can help you get through. I highly recommend Martin, based on my experiences with him.

Martin is the best attorney I have ever seen!
