Martha Marie Avila

Ms. Avila has been my attorney for over 10 years since my divorce started. Though my divorce has been final since 2003, I needed Ms. Avila throughout the years. She has been very patient with me especially with an ex husband like mine. He is a serial court junkie and takes me in for any little thing... but she is patient with me and helps me deal with my situation. She is very patient and compassionate with her clients. She is always prepared to fight the battle with you. She responds in a timely matter and always willing to answer my questions. She is also very reasonable with her fees. She rarely answered my inquiries with valuable information; she didn't help progress my case in court; I gave her my documents neatly organized in a binder with tabbed folders and when we parted ways, she gave them back in a messy stack full of post-its, all wrapped with a rubber band; she ignored my... instructions about what I wanted to accomplish with the most critical area of my case - custody.
