Mark Allen Massey

About a year ago I had a DCFS case and I retained Mark for help. He was a good sales man and sounded very caring and knowledgeable. Unfortunately when it came going to court he did nothing for me and resulted in me losing my son. He is all about the money he charges. He did not care or did anything. ...He had my friend who has MS and can barely walk come to court 3 times and then we found out he could not even use him as a witness he simply did not know the law. After the case was over I needed some information so I could appeal my case he would not return my calls or reply to my letter. Once he had his money I did not get even one call back from him although I left numerous messages and even lent him a registered mail. I did appeal my case the chance of winning an appeal is less than 7% . My attorney was a state appointed attorney and he still managed to reverse part of my case in the appeal. That should tell you haw bad mark performed in my case. and how good my case was. I would have been much better if I would have kept my court appointed lawyer and I would have saved the money I paid Mark for nothing. What ever you do please do not use him
