Initially contacted for what I thought was immigration related. While in the process of filling out my N-400 form it asked to be prepared to present documents relating to any and all criminal cases. I had a few sealed juvenile cases which I had been trying to gain access to but the county for which I... needed them for were VERY ambiguous about how to retrieve them. She made it clear that it wasn't particularly related to immigration and that I needed to talk to a Criminal Defense lawyer. In that same conversation she explained various alternative scenarios that might help my case with immigration. Nonetheless, she made no promises but asked for me to give her some time to see if she could investigate how those records could be retrieved. I was so frustrated with the county that any information would be helpful so with no hesitation I thankfully agreed. In no more than a few hours she emailed me with more unexpected complications. I live out of state now and she got confirmation that the court records could not be retrieved by attorneys. Again, she offered to investigate a bit further to which I was grateful. Later that same day I get an email from her with detailed instructions, a form, a fax number, and phone number of who from, what, and where to submit request for the records. All in all, she kept me up-to-date with the progress and within 24 hours gave me more information than I had gotten from the county in a whole month.

I have hired Malathi to advise me on US Citizenship process. After talking to her for a couple of times I got the confidence that is the right attorney who I can depend upon. Malathi is very responsive to phone calls and emails even during the weekends. I am really impressed with her level of commit...ment and service.
