I have represented many copyright owners in infringement actions for various types of copyrighted works, including photographs, songs and song recordings, architectural drawings and sculptures. For a few years I also operated a copyright enforcement program for Fonovisa, Inc., one of the largest recording companies in the U.S.

I have successfully represented many design patent owners in infringment actions, and successfully defended clients against patent infringement claims.

I have represented both plaintiffs and defendants in trademark infringement actions, including lawsuits over the ownership of the names of musical groups.
