James Alan Hagan

I was referred to Mr. Hagan by a friend. I have used other attorneys and they were never effective. I have a "high-conflict" divorce and custody case. Mr. Hagan has earned his money with my case and has made movement in my case where others refused to because it was too difficult and did not want the... hassle of dealing with opposing counsel's game playing tactics that would drive anyone insane!! Mr. Hagan has stood his ground and after 4 years, I can finally see some light at the end of the tunnel. Mr. Hagan does not fight for the unreasonable and he will advise you as such. If you want an attorney that will not sugar coat or bull sh*& you to take your money, then he is the one for you. He's fees have also been reasonable. In court he is respected by the judge and by other attorneys. Every time we go to court other attorneys have said, "You have a good one." Something I never heard about my previous attorneys. I have a long 13 years to go and Mr. Hagan will be the only attorney I use for my case.

The odds were against me. There were too many individuals that wanted to see me go down. Wanting to see me crumble with no bright future and nothing to my name. Why? Because that's what they were saying...lies. Fragmented lies to prospectively ruin me. Of course the truth prevailed and James A. H...agan proved that. He proved that to the jury...he proved that to the judge and left the DA speechless with nothing left to say...but more lies. The world we live in today is not a moral world. There are many venomous individuals out there and take the wrong path because they are not happy with their current situation. I don't respect liars but I do respect the truth. My attorney James A. Hagan respects the truth and proves it. He has lifted me up when I was at my worst breaking points and when the DA wanted me to take the plea bargain he kept telling me that I should keep going and not give up. He was always readily available whenever I had questions. I would not have my life today if I had chosen a public defender or taken the plea bargain. Today I am so much more happier with my life and am so grateful to have had him represent me. He knows the law, has knows strategies and by all means will never let you down. Yes...he's that good. I highly recommend him and will continue to have him as my personal lawyer if trouble should ever find me again. I hope not! If so...my mind is at ease knowing that I have him because he is the best.
