My case was beyond difficult I moved here on K1 Visa to a very manipulative abusive evil, man. Heather helped me with removing conditions on my 2 year green card (divorce waiver) without an interview! My case was a bit tricky because I was married a short period of time (2 years); I filed for divorce very shortly after receiving my conditional green card; and I didn't have much photo evidence ...because I didn't backup my phone properly. Heather was very thorough in explaining the process and potential evidence that I could be using...some of which I would've never thought of to use as proof of a real marriage. Melissa from her firm also did a great job helping me gather necessary proof/documentation, including reaching out to my witnesses to draft the affidavits. I really don't think I would've gotten this approval (especially one without going through an interview!) if I didn't hire Heather.
