Biography
Dennis L. Althouse is a Partner with Richardson Harman Ober PC. His areas of practice include real estate, construction defect, business litigation and personal injury. He has extensive experience representing individual, business and corporate interests in all aspects of real estate law and business litigation disputes, and has successfully represented homeowners, homeowner associations and contractors in construction disputes.
He is admitted to practice law in California and Nebraska, and is licensed to practice before the United States District Court, Central and Northern Districts of California.
He achieved an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell denoting the highest level of professional excellence from his peers. He was also selected as a Pasadena Top Attorney in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.
Mr. Althouse earned both his Bachelor’s degree and his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Insurance Law.
Mr. Althouse is a Board Member of Pasadena Christian School, currently serving as Vice President of the Board.
