You need to be able to prove that you have met in-person within the past two years, at a minimum.

There certain notaries authorized to enter ICE facilities for this purpose. Consult with a lical immigration attorney who can advise you further.

Your status is finalized. If you haven't already done so, get a social security card, driver's license and a job.

Maxed out L1 and left US on Mar 15 2013. new H1 (for the remaining year) is under processing. Can I convert H1 to L1A ?

Possibly, as long as you remain outside the US for the requisite year and have the requisite managerial/executive experience.

K-2 visa applications are for the children of K-1 fiancees. Timing depends on whether the K-1 has ben approved and when; among other factors.
