The Bills continue to change and we do not know which, if any, will ever pass Congress.

Your husband cannot prevent you from obtaining a divorce in California. You would lose your H-4 status when the marriage is dissolved. You should...

You can get married to a person who is in jail, however, any conviction he suffers will have an impact on his eligibility for a green card.

If you had an "approvable when filed" family-based petition filed in 1994, then you qualify for Section 245(i).
