No, you would need to get your application for adjustment of status filed to stay beyond the 6th year in L-1 status.

You must have entered the US before June 15 2007 in order to qualify, among many other requirements.
Can B1/B2 visa holder buy, register, and drive a car in California with an international drivers licence ?

You could probably buy a car, but registration may prove difficult without a California driver's license.

You can obtain an AP travel document generally when filing for adjustment of status, but you probably need a refugee travel document.
