Biography
I am a California attorney specializing in consumer bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, debt collection defense and real property litigation. However, I can handle most litigation matters as well as draft and review contracts and agreements.
With regard to my bankruptcy and foreclosure practice, I only represent debtors and homeowners. In addition to bankruptcy, I also handle lender liability, mortgage fraud, foreclosure defense, quiet title and unlawful detainer actions on behalf of homeowners. Thus, I can advise clients who are in jeopardy of losing their home as to all of their legal options, not just bankruptcy.
