Bimal Kumar Sambhi

I filed for divorce in September 2021 and paid my retainer in full on the same day as my consultation. Since then, Atty Sambhi hasn’t called me, texted me, emailed me or sent me a billing statement. After months of no response, I terminated him as my attorney. Upon termination I requested my refund.... To date, not only has he not returned my money minus the consultation fee, his paralegal has threatened to take me to arbitration claiming he needs to be paid for hours he spent on my case, however he’s never billed me for it. Do not waste your time or money. The good reviews are from years past. Perhaps he was a very good and responsive attorney then, however my current experience with him is horrible. I’ve never had someone treat me so poorly after they expeditiously took their money from me and basically ran away with it. Do yourself a favor and find another attorney. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Mr. Bimal Sambhi really helped me gain primary custody of my kids. The other side played up my history of mental illness (depression), but Mr. Sambhi was able to demonstrate that the children are better cared for having me as their primary caretaker. To add to matters, my case involved moving across ...the country. Divorce is emotional enough as it is. I can't imagine how much harder it would have been without him. I've never had anyone fight harder for me. I recommend him to anyone facing a tough case. It's not a lost cause with him as your attorney.

I met & hired Bimal Sambhi 12 years ago to handle my divorce, custody & child support matters. This was a difficult situation as the other party was diagnosed mentally ill. Bimal is an excellent attorney. His prices were great and I never felt that he was padding his bill or simply out for my money. Now that my divorce is final, he has continued to help me with my child custody issues that I have had with my ex-wife. He has had the dubious task of having to 'reign me... in' to keep me level headed during this highly emotional path towards achieving more custody of my sons.
