Antonio De Cardenas

Antonio de Cárdenas has extensive experience counseling and representing companies in a broad range of transactional matters and providing comprehensive legal strategy to businesses. Antonio has served as inside senior general counsel and outside counsel to top domestic and international companies in a variety of industries. As the CEO of the De Cárdenas Law Group, APLC, he oversees our clients’ needs using a multi-disciplinary approach that constantly evaluates factors such as client objectives, risk, liability, and value proposition.

Antonio comes from a long line of entrepreneurs and represents his own family’s business, which is entering its fourth decade of national operations. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from a top national business program that is designed for company presidents and “C”-level executives. Having closely studied various business disciplines throughout his career, Antonio has had the pleasure of working with colleagues in various fields including manufacturing, services, retail, real estate development, wealth management, insurance, and technology. His list of clients includes organizations and businesses of all sizes, from large multi-national corporations to start-up firms.  He regularly consults with colleagues in the business community and remains an active participant in continuing business education.

Antonio is fully bilingual in English/Spanish and regularly provides counsel and other services to companies actively doing business in Latin America. His charitable activities include sitting on various national and local boards whose mission is to improve the lives of the less fortunate.
