I have to say, it was a very dark time for me. She provided clear, concise direction which required action on my behalf as well. In other words, if you want your case to move quickly, provide exactly what the firm asks from you expeditiously. It really helped move our case along quickly. Even though it took time in my case, like most tax cases does ,we eventually cut my overall liability in half and established an installment plan that quite literally saved my hide.
