Started process back in 2016 with a judgment in my credit, I gather information and was referred to Khachik Akhkashian, phone interview went well and liked the info provided. all forms and classes were taken and submitted to him, but never send to court so my case got dismissed pending certificates f...or 2nd class, meanwhile I got a lien placed on my house and a bank levy from the company I was filing bk for. Several calls, message and letter send to lawyer with no response but text that he was busy and will get back to me with no response ever. also never showed up to any court appointments because he was busy with other cases. I guess my money or person was not good enough for him to show up. I hope I never need another attorney but if I do, I will not go back to Khachik Akhkashian.
