This review is based on my experience with Atty Tran and his staff handling my car accident case. It was a very frustrating experience working with them. His staff never gives update on the case. I have to call them every two weeks to find if there is any development on my case. When I received le...tter from Kaiser Permanente arbitrator, I have to make calls myself to find out exactly how much KP is asking me to pay. It is part of their job to call but you they had ask me to do it. If you get the chance to visit their office, the Case Manager looks like she does not want to be there, very unprofessional. It was a big mistake hiring this laywer, do yourself a favor and not create the same mistake I did. Don't use this lawyer!
