Jeff took on a complicated case over 70 miles from his office and supported many court dates. Father had many issues with ex-spouse who took children out of state without a parental consent or modified court order. He was able to legally convince her back to court on an OSC contempt. Father has been able to visit children since the initial hearing. Although case has been problematic, but he has been able to bring new issues to light for the judge. Case is in progress in an attempt to modify custody and visitation, he has help father reestablish lost bond with children during their absence. He communicates and works well with client. He provided good advice on cost savings measures. There are no guarantees in disputed custody cases especially with strong bias against fathers in custody cases, but he has helped reduce father's stress level during the ordeal. Father hopes for the best for his children and his own well being that his children will be able to return to his home or at least expand his exisiting visitation orders.
