James Vicente Michael Sanchez

I founded the Lakewood Law Firm to focus on the issues facing families and individuals, both personally and in our small businesses. I believe that in order for each of us to achieve the best we can, we start with our foundations at home and in what we create. What we build in ourselves and in our homes becomes the strength we have to go out in the world and build futures.

I see crossroads where family needs, small family owned businesses, real estate, and probate and estate issues meet. Each road meets at some point or another, and how we navigate those crossings has a great impact on our lives and our happiness. I see myself as a guide that can help you navigate those crossroads, in good times and in challenging ones.

As for myself, I’ve experienced divorce and rebuilt a new family. I’ve created successful startups in the software industry and watched others falter and fall. I’m a landlord and a tenant, and I understand the need to protect my real estate investments, in my own home and in my holdings.
