Understanding this hands-on attorney is like peeling the proverbial onion. He has many layers of knowledge, and an intimate grasp of each. I found him highly reliable and exhaustive in his work product. In one week's time he delivered to me two wills; a revocable family trust bearing numerous sub-trust features including a spendthrift arrangement; plus advanced health care directives; uniform statutory powers of attorney; copies of each of the original documents and a trust transfer deed that he records for us . In addition, he counseled me in how to make arrangements with my eventual trust company. His rate was surprisingly modest compared to others who have done similar work for me in the past. Once the job was done, at no extra charge, he readily edited it for minor adjustments I had raised.
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
