Geoffrey Cleveland Lyon

Attorney Geoffrey Lyon got my case just to have fun. He was informed by my ex~employer, the LAUSD, that I did not have knowledge regarding legal matters so he just had fun making me believe that he was helping me with a Civil Case. He missed deadlines, changed the complaint in favor of my employer, a...sked people to call me and fake information, and allow another attorneys to alter the depositions. Attorney Lyon knew that my employer terminated me because I have disabilities and they made me work as a completely disable person. My injuries were not documented by my employer and the claims filed in WCAB were false. My ex-employer and the WC Appeals Board could do this, “Abuse of power.” He knew all the horrible things that my employer did to me but he did not care. I do not have knowledge regarding legal matters but I do not play games with people as he did with his actors/assistants. No government entity helps me because there is to many important people involved. Conflict of interest. I close the Civil Case as I was guided and I filed a complaint. I was able to understand what they did to me when I called the FBI and some assistants from DIR. This is my story with Attorney G Lyon.

They decided to take our case at start of the year. Didn't receive any updates after 6 months. After several call attempts, we find they forgot to send out the papers cancelling their agreement to represent 2 months within our case. Reasons were not clear during the investigation. Proceed with ...caution if value your time. Not very professional.

my questions were dodged and not answered which was frustrating maybe they did not believe in my case as much anymore and it also took 2 years or so reach a settlement. my request for a the script of my deposition was met with hesitation, as if I was pulling teeth. i am thankful for their of...fice for taking my case on, but i would not go back if i need an employment attorney in the future.
