Elizabeth Marie Kircher

Ms. Kircher is an Associate at TLD Law, LLP. Her primary focus is trusts and estates litigation. Ms. Kircher’s practice includes trust and estate litigation, probate, trust litigation, conservatorships, and estate planning. She seeks to guide the firm’s clients to make informed decisions, consistent with their individual requirements, in the most streamlined and efficient manner possible.

Prior to joining TLD Law, Ms. Kircher worked as an attorney at an Illinois law firm specializing in trusts and estates. During that time, she represented clients in probate and trust administration and in creating their individualized estate plan. During law school, Ms. Kircher worked as a Certified Law Clerk for an Medi-Cal estate planning firm in Irvine.

Ms. Kircher obtained her Juris Doctorate in May 2016 from Western State College of Law in Orange County, California. There she received a full academic scholarship spanning 2014-2016, and she was honored to be invited to the Dean’s Circle. While in law school, Ms. Kircher realized her interest in estate planning and focused her education upon estate planning, wills and trusts, probate and taxation.

The desire to work in law is not new to Ms. Kircher. In 2010, Ms. Kircher began her legal career as a Paralegal who worked closely with attorneys in the field of real estate, estate planning, and personal injury allowing Ms. Kircher to gain experience working on wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. While there, she realized her passion for law and decided to become an attorney.

Ms. Kircher is licensed to practice law in both California (2016) and Illinois (2017).

Ms. Kircher volunteers for and participates in various charitable walks and runs including participating in events that support Pediatric Cancer and Rescue animals. Ms. Kircher spends most of her free time with her husband, two boys and their crazy dog.
