The general personal injury cases include premises liability, animal attack/bite claims, claims involving store owners, HOA claims, and various construction claims. I have handled both the plaintiff and defense. Note that I do not charge for initial consultations and generally am only paid if I am successful for the injured party. On the defense side I can usually find a retainer arrangement to fit the client.
