Hi- my name is Tracy Guerra and I am an attorney in Long Beach, CA. I have been specializing in exclusively representing residential and commercial landlords for over 20 years.

We currently handle an average of about 100 evictions a month all over Southern California, and over the years I have personally handled over 10,000 evictions with an over 99% success rate.

I have been qualified as an expert witness in landlord/tenant law and have been called to testify as to the rights and duties of both landlords and tenants, and the court's process for evictions.
