Terrence Bryant Krieger

I am a native Californian and was raised in Southern California. I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with honors, from the University of California at Berkeley. I attended law school at Boston University School of Law, becoming a G. Joseph Tauro Scholar and graduating Cum Laude. I currently volunteer for various organizations in the community, including time in my children’s classrooms, as a representative on various school committees, and as a board member of non-profit organizations.

I am an experienced litigator at both the trial and appellate court levels, and have testified as an expert witness regarding employment matters. I have handled many claims for various employment matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour law. I have also represented plaintiffs in several class actions that have resulted in multi-million dollar settlements.

In addition to litigation in employment law, I have extensive experience in construction law, business litigation, contractual disputes, and insurance issues. I have extensive experience representing clients at trial, arbitration and mediation, and have a record of favorable verdicts. I also act as corporate counsel for several companies, advising them on ongoing employment, contractual and insurance issues.
